Miku decided that she was too cool for school.
So she strolled out.
(Yeah. I think this thread might be dead. :'D)

(Most people wouldn't be a FAN of manga or anime. Those people are known as otaku and they are looked down upon, kiddies. Don't grow up to be a hikkomori otaku yourselves, okay?)
Classes sped by. Class 1-A's schedule went like this: Mathematics, English, History, Philosophies, Art, Japanese, Science, Calligraphy.
Ryosuke had been once again appointed as class president as no one else wanted to do it and they forced it on him since that one time he tried it out in the fifth grade. They ignored his pleas to stop nominating him, but he did a pretty good job of it, so they relentlessly voted him anyways.
He went to a student council meeting as soon as the end of the day homeroom ended. They didn't have much to do yet, so he rushed over to the kendo club and changed into his gear. His shinai had gotten old over the winter break and it smelled a bit. There was probably some mold inside the bamboo blade.
Meanwhile, Nodoka went to check out some clubs she saw recruitment posters for. She rushed to the art room first for the mangaka club. A bunch of students had asked the art teacher to sponser, but she rarely showed up.
The mangaka club was a mess; none of the "mangaka" actually had any projects done. They lacked screentone, didn't carry any pens, owned the wrong paper, and didn't have any motivation. The members just doodled and played with their cell phones while eating snacks. Nodoka ruled that one out.
Next was the Seiyuu Club. About five girls and two guys were reading a script for a radio show they apprently were doing weekly at lunch. They played it in the cafeteria along with an animated video on Wednesdays.
Nodoka signed up, for she knew that she was one of the few readers in her class who at least attempted to read with feeling, unlike the lifeless idiots. Yeahhh... A Seiyuu. Woot.

((so how would people go sign up for clubs? And how would you advertise ur club?))

(Posters. Say what your club is on the poster, and what room you base in. If you want to start a club, then you need to get a teacher to sponsor, although they won't show up for most of the meetings. A student would lead the club.
To sign up, you go to the room. You either ask to watch just for that day or you join. If you watch, you can join at the end, but watching just means that you're curious about club activities. And then you request to join.
To quit your club, give a letter of resignation to the club leader and skedaddle. You can join another midway if you want. In this school, club activities are mandatory, but usually they aren't.
Another way to "advertise" for your club, which is very unorthodox, is to find someone who fits perfectly to be a member (say they are extremely tall, or they run really fast in a fitness test), then you run after them and scream at them and tell them to join your club/team.
It usually doesn't work, but if you catch them, you can probably get them to join. ;D
Clubs don't meet like, so often as everyday, but it's still busy, especially with the shitloads of homework Asian schools assign. Also, sometimes they design a club activity during summer break and meet at the school or go somewhere else in Japan for "training."
In addition to that, you have the cultural festival at the beginning of June, and at the end of the school year in the winter, you have another event that your club COULD hold, not saying they will (Depending on the club. ex: Home ec. club might do a fashion or cooking show.).

Luka posted a poster like Dzetsu said to do. She put all the info on it. Then she chased people around, screaming for them to join. She happened to pull a few people. Ryu (oh yes i did), Neru (she probably following Ryu), Len (cause I wasnt thinking), and Yuki (xD).

(Generally, the student in charge, not the teacher does the posters and chasing, but Luka is eccentric I guess.)
