Btw Lyme, I don't think this is Paint tool Sai, but I could be wrong. I think this is normal MS Paint. I myself have Paint Tool Sai and it's not at all pixelly like that.

And no, it doesn't look like Paint Tool SAI, besides, it says in the title, Paint, so....unless...we are wrong. ...but I would totally die is my Paint Tool SAI's brushes came out all pixelated like that....omg....
<3's Paint Tool SAI...the only thing that makes me sad about SAI is that it can't animate....

Yeah, it was probably drawn in the paint that comes with Windows. xD Unless she used the binary brush. Then again, it looks like she used the fill tool to color, so o: ... Most likely MS(Microsoft) Paint. :'D

Well, to tell you the truth, it's super easy. Just keep doing that custom colors and change the lum bit by bit. I did 2 at a time because I was lazy, but I bet 1 at a time would look great. So just keep applying layers and filling it in with paint can and done. The black parts are just lazy tools and reference pictures. So it's not a picture of skill, its a picture of, "I have too much time." Well, now I don't. ;n;
