Len turned to Rin and smiled brightly, "So we're normal! That's good to know. Maybe we'll finish this quickly, I hope." He saw Ryu begin to approach them. She was normal too. He forgot what her abilities were. Maybe it was something to do with telekinesis or something? She was going to greet them, but Len felt as if something was wrong. He ignored it the obvious hunch and went to wave to her.
Then the floor underneath Ryu had begun to crystallize. Oh... snap. Len quickly grabbed Rin, and shoved her away from the wall she was touching, instead, putting himself in that place. A shard of ice shot from the wall, cutting into him, causing him to be pushed backward, onto the hard ice covered ground. He let out a grunt as more bits of ice pushed from the ground, hitting his legs. He tried to keep moving, dodging each spike that rose from the ground, until finally they stopped in his general area.
Len panted, "What the hell, Ryu!?" Oh... never mind, she fainted. He lay there, freezing his butt off, and probably injured in a few places, but no matter. Nothing hurt. Rin was safe. Ryu was going to stop now that she was fainted.
He watched a teacher come in and pick her up. Hopefully, the teacher was smart enough to give her a binding of some sort. If this were to happen again, oh jeeze. He took a deep breath, and held onto one of the ice pieces. It was too slippery, and Len fell back. "U-uh.. could someone help me up?" It was a shame, he wished he had fire abilities instead. It'd be easier to get rid of the ice, so he could stand, or something of the sort.

"Actually Ryu it hasn't been classified if you are dangerous so you will go in the special group." the woman said. She saw the scene and shrugged. The woman left the room pulling her hair out.
Haku slid around the ice.... More like ice skating. "Wee!" Haku squealed. She kept sliding around. Haku accidentally knocked Ryu over. "Oopsies daisies! Sorry Ryu!" Haku said. She got up and tried to skate but the ice melted. "Darn..." she said.

Rin smiled back at Len, and gave a sigh of relief. She looked to where Len had shifted his attention and noticed the dark haired tom-boy, Ryu, approaching. She smiled and waved at her. Ryu was nice enough, but she lacked some confidence. Rin hoped she had gained some since when Rin last saw her at Haku's.
She was surprised when an icy pattern spread out from her radiating toward the rest of the students. She barely had time to register words before she was sent sprawling away from where she had been leaning against the now ice wall by Len. She gasped in horror, as a large crystalline shard shoot out toward him, and biting into him.
"Len!" Rin gasped as the shards seemed to follow him. She herself was out of harms way, sitting on her butt where she had been saved by Len. She saw Ryu sway and fall over, and crawled over to Len. A teacher came by and picked Ryu up. Hopefully the poor girl would be fine...
She got to Len as he tried to stand up.
"Need a hand bro?" Rin asked, offering her hand to her twin. She had copied Haku and glided (not very gracefully) to Len's side. As she helped him up and wrapped him in a giant hug, the ice started to melt.
"Thank you Len...that was so brave!" Rin whispered to her twin.
She surveyed the mess from over Len's shoulder. Now what?

Burnt and mangled carcasses decorated the overturned chairs and tables in the entrance hall. Scorch marks lined the walls, mingling with the deep red blood of the murdered students. By then, the ice had melted, the freezing water merging with the bloody puddles.
"I think we're done here," Iroha said, gently cleaning her sword with the remains of a fallen student's uniform. There wasn't a living soul besides the three intruders left. Nodoka nodded.
"The freshmen this year," Nodoka sighed daintily, "are extremely weak!"
She turned on her heel, her scraggly locks flowing behind her. None of them bothered to disarm. Within a few moments, the three former students chanced upon the rooms they would never forget; the rooms of horrible anxiety.
"The testing rooms," Iroha murmered. She shuddered.
When she was a student, the testing rooms meant the hard, cold glare of the teachers and the fear of failing. Despite the blood, sweat and tears, Iroha hadn't passed many of those tests at all. A mix of failing, studying, and being picked on were the extent of the things that had gone on during her school life.
The three burst through the door. Newcomers clung to icicles and stared at them wide-eyed. They trio even recognized some of these people; the brat known as Yuki, the Kagamine twins, Rin and Len...
"Sorry for the intrusion," Ryosuke bowed. "But please say your last words now."
A mission was a mission.

Len let out a gasp of relief as Rin came over to help him up. He slipped just a little before the floor began to melt a bit. That was good. He didn't much like slipping all over ice and what not. He latched onto his twin, breathing into her shoulder, obviously still tired from that little run.
Well all seemed okay now. He looked around, to see some of his newbie peers holding onto icicles that were dripping water by the second. Where were the other teachers, who could handle this kind of stuff? To him, this seemed pretty fishy. Their idea of doing things made him a bit angry. He just wanted to go home, and get out of this dangerous place.
The door on the other side of them suddenly burst open. He turned his head to see some familiar faces. Iroha, the kitty girl. He hardly knew her, but he knew the face well enough. The other two, he sadly could not remember, nor find in his storage of names+faces.
They'd said something. Last words? Intrusion? What was this, another test? His eye caught the sight of dark red on some of their clothing. This was no game. ....This was serious. He quickly began to rub his hands together, seeing as they were very cold, then looked to the rest of them. Nobody seemed prepared for this. He turned to look at the man who had said that. He didn't look like any teacher.
Len moved in front of Rin carefully, then called out, "What exactly do you mean by that!?" He was still rubbing his hands together, getting them warmed up. He put them behind his back, beginning to conduct electricity with the warmth of his palms rubbing against each other. He'd hoped Rin saw what he was doing, and would do the same, and get herself prepared. If he wasn't able to protect her, she'd have to do something as well. First an ice kingdom and now this? What exactly was this place...and was it a bad time to go?

Ryu woke up shortly. She was confused. Had she fainted. Well whatever. She jumped out of Hiyama's arms and raced back to the others. She felt something weird going on. She had a weird relation shirp with her ice. Something was gooing to happen.
Once she got there she frowned. Who were those people. Last words huh. Well that seemed bad. Something was going to happen like seriously. She may be hot-head and such but she was strong and determined. She could muster up as much courage or whatever she needed if she wanted to.

Rin gave a sigh of relief that Len was okay, and it looked like the others all had just scratches or were fine. And the ice was melting. She hugged her twin back as he leaned into her for support, and rubbed his back gently. Was this another crazy test? If it was, the teachers here were real kill-joys...people were (kind of) hurt!
Suddenly the doors opened and a trio strolled in. She stared at the newcomers, they looked ready for war! And some dark substance had stained their clothes. She was surprised when Len had, once again, shielded her. She loved him and all, but she could take care of herself! Right? She shoved that aside and listened. What on earth were this people talking about. Then, it struck her. The teachers, tense and poised to strike, the three intruders, coyly talking, but ready to attack, seeming like a cobra taunting it's prey, muscles bunched and about to spring, and even Len, warming his hands up and getting ready to produce electricity. She smiled and squeezed his shoulder, hoping he'd know she understood, and began to do the same, warming her hands and creating static electricity. She desperately tried to get others attention! If only she was psychic!

Nodoka searched the faces of the shocked newcomers. It seemed they had just finished the initial entrance testing. She nodded at Iroha, who stepped forward, holding her sword with both hands in front of her.
"Oh," she exclaimed delightfully. "It's Rin-chan and Len-chu!"
Her cheeks flushed in excitement. Not only would she get a chance to prove herself, but Len, the adorable shota, would be up-close and personal, all for her to kill.
Iroha neared the twins, who were standing stiffly behind an icicle, eying the kittyler warily. Trying not to trip, Iroha leaned slightly on a large ice spike which protruded from the floor. She almost fell anyways and it took a few seconds for her to maintain her balance.
Even though the twins were doing a wonderful job hiding the power they were building up behind their back, a single spark fell from Len's palms. The bright electricity caught the corner of Iroha's eyes, and she beamed slyly.
"Len-chuuuuuuu," she said, her voice lilting in joy. She leaned her face close to his, and her own hand snaked to touch the shota's palms. Immediately, the electricity fizzled and slowly began to fade.
Too shocked to react, the boy watched as his power began to slowly drain.
"It's a bit weak, but my power is the cancellation of magic, hon."
Of course, being caught up in the fun, the pink-haired woman failed to notice how much her back was open to Rin, the other students, the teachers...
A teacher sprung forward, diving towards Iroha.
"Don't touch my students," he growled, holding the jeweled end of his staff in her direction. But before he could formulate his attack, an sudden blast knocked his oversized wand from his hands.
He snapped his head towards the other two intruders and saw Ryosuke holding his jeweled palm face-out, the garnet sparkling and shining. Ryosuke sped towards his teacher, who was severely weakened without his weapon.
The teacher quickly summoned a two-layered barrier, but both he and Ryosuke knew that only two magic shields wouldn't be of any protection at all, and would merely cause Ryosuke's blast attacks to split into a ring shape.
BANG!
A puff of smoke floated away from the space of the teacher, who fell to the floor, his kneecaps shattered and blood seeping from his ripped-up legs. He horrible shriek of pain escaped the poor man's lips as his ruined knees connected with the hard ground.
Ryosuke glanced at the pale faces of the rest of the occupants of the room. Most didn't dare to move a centimeter, afraid of what the three would do to them. Nodoka laughed and twirled her wand as she stepped to the center of the room.
"Now you've seen what we're half capable of doing," Nodoka bluffed said. "If you stand down now, your death will be quick and painless."
She glanced around, wondering who froze the school. Even the most powerful wizards would be out cold, or unable to perform any spells for hours, after an attack like that, so someone passed out would be the culprit. Hm...
Hopefully they'd take care of him before he regained power.

Hiyama shook his head and followed after Ryu, who had somehow jumped out of his arms and rushed back to the test rooms.
Who the hell would be EAGER to head back to that god-awful place? Obviously she was. He watched her slide around a corner and slowly followed after her.
He needed to bring her back to the infirmary. After a large-scale attack as that, she would be extremely weak and might pass out again. He didn't want a student to hurt herself. And besides, even if she did head back, her magic was probably completely depleted at the moment.

Ryu's magic was not fully drained however she could only bring it back up while meditating. She needed quiet. It was quiet enough where she was so she sat down so she couldn't be seen and began to meditate.
Slowly her magic began to charge up. It was a slow process but if she could only have about 10 minutes it would be to about 90% full. That was probably all she needed. If she was interrupted however while she was meditating it would nly be at 80%. Which wasn't all that good.
Her friends were introuble so she would need to hurry. Just 60% more to go. All she hped was that her friends and the students could give her enough time to do what she had to do.

Nodoka felt a strong aura of magic pulsing behind her. She glanced at the door, where a thin girl had her eyes squeezed shut. A cold blue light sofly emanated, enveloping her body completely.
Magic was energy. Energy, according to the law of conservation of energy and mass, could neither be destroyed nor created. Therefore, the overuse of magic tended to lead to many problems such as anemia, fainting, and sometimes even death.
Normal energy restoration came from eating healthy (and a LOT) as well as enough sleep and exercise. Mental and physical exercise were vital to magic capacity.
Some wizards had the ability to meditate and speed the flow of magic return. Most of the energy came from food, but when that ran out, the magic ate away at fat, and eventually even bone and tissue.
Magic return was always happening in magic users. But if energy was low enough, it would not return unless the wizard found some food and replenished his nutrient supply. It was quite similar to the way anorexic or bulimic victims are unable to menstruate.
Those who meditated to return power ignored the warning sign, which was nausea, fainting, headaches, and vertigo, sped up the process of the magic's attack on the body.
Most wizards, if they did manage to learn how, did not recommend the technique. It could be very bad for the body, and often took a toll on the user's mind as well as health.
Yet here, right in this school, a newbie was meditating, risking her body. Nodoka grimaced. Things could get ugly for every member in the room, but mostly for this girl and the three intruders.
Nodoka strode towards the girl and grasped a handful of her hair. She twisted her head downwards and gripped her wrists. She pulled at her hair, and the girl gasped in pain. Immense pain was killer to concentration, and such an interruption would not allow the girl to restore power.
"What do you think you're trying?" Nodoka hissed into Ryu's ear. She pulled harder at her hair, ignoring the gasps and protests of pain.
Immediately, the blue aura disappeared, and Ryu's magic restore was halted.

As the kitty-girl approached him, he narrowed his eyes. She was acting so nice. They were 'friends' in a way, right? He'd hardly gotten to know her. What was she even doing here? The usage of what seemed to him, was sarcasm, made things awfully strange. He felt his hands being grabbed. Oh, crap! Had she seen him trying to conduct his abilities?
Instead of thinking, he quickly shot that electricity out at her. The thing was... it didn't. He felt his hands grow cold, and that energy that roared through his veins began to fade away. "I-..wh-..." He stared, dumbfounded. They really were planning on going through with this.
He then saw a teacher desperately attempt to rescue them. There was no hope.
Len clenched his fists, feeling a bit...tired, but determined. "Would you tell us exactly why you're trying to murder us? We didn't do anything to you! And ... and you could at least go at a safer approach first!" And maybe a less...dramatic one? Whatever the case, the blond boy didn't plan on dying just yet. He still had a will to write, a video game to finish, a recipe to succeed at making, some homework to do, a couple of chores to start doing.... Wait, no, now's not the time to be thinking of that stuff. He needed to keep those guys distracted... or at least, stall them. Maybe buy himself some time to regain his power, although that seemed pretty hopeless at the moment. Ryu was no help. He decided to not go and help her, either. Not because he didn't like her, but because he didn't want to get himself into harm's way by intervening. ...Cripes.

Haku frowned. She grabbed a wine cooler out of her pocket and drank it. Haku created a ball of electricity in her hands. She blasted it at Ryosuke. Haku wondered what happened.

Miisha was frightened out of her wits. She didn't even have a chance to be tested before the entire school became an oversized spiny popsicle. Worse, some BAD guys just HAD to stroll in right at the moment when everything seemed so... so...
"Awful," she whispered fearfully to herself.
Miisha glanced around and quickly ran/slid to a pillar by the wall and crouched behind it, watching as magic began to fly around. She saw a girl with some kind of kitty outfit approach Len - in a rather hostile way. There was a loud sound, and Miisha gaped in horror at the teacher screaming in agony. His injuries...! The sight was bad enough to make Miisha almost gag. She hid more behind the pillar and hugged her knees, crying quietly. She was scared. She wanted to go home.
Suddenly, just around the corner of where she was hiding, she felt something. It sent chills up her spine. I wonder what that is? Miisha rubbed her eyes and crawled to the corner, and to her astonishment, she saw Ryu some ways away, sitting very still. Was she.... meditating? At a time like this? And why was she glowing? Miisha felt something like a pressure in the air, something powerful.
“ Magic?” Miisha breathed in awe. However, her awe was short-lived as one of the intruder girls strode up towards Ryu and grabbed a handful of her hair. She heard Ryu cry out in pain and the other girl hissed, “ What do you think you’re doing?”
Miisha stared. Was the girl gonna hurt Ryu? I have to do something! Miisha forgot about the ice on the floor and stood up quickly, shouting, “ Hey you – EEEK!”
The orange-haired girl promptly slipped hard onto her stomach and slid some ways towards the two girls before sliding to a stop – right at the feet of the intruder.

(Nothing to say, so..)
Yuki charged in, ready to be the hero.
"STOP, VILLAINS!" She swung her arm and tried to send off a fireball. The keyword was TRIED. Nothing happened and Yuki was just standing there like an idiot.
"Fu**."
