Mikuo shivered slightly; it was cold, inside his apartment. Rather, the apartment he shared with his sister, but as it stood, she was gone for another concert, or something to the same degree. She'd left a note on the table, done in that quick, neat writing of hers;
Morning, niisan! I'm going to be gone for the next little while, Master has set up a series of concerts for me. I'll be back in about a week; don't miss me too much!
Love, Miku
Of course, the note was complete with a tiny scribbled drawing of the twin-tailed singer. Mikuo couldn't help the smile that crossed his face when he'd read that; although he sometimes felt intimidated by his sister, he couldn't deny how cute she could be sometimes.
Heaving a sigh, the teal-haired boy looked up from his seat on the couch, out towards the sky outside. It seemed a little too dreary for him to go outside; afterall, he'd never really liked the rain.
Blinking wide eyes, the boy's eyes lit up with interest, as they passed over his cellphone. Quickly, he grabbed it, flicking the screen up, and dialing in the number he knew all to well. Placing it to his ear, he waited patiently, listening to the dial tone.
"C'mon, Luki, pick up.."

Luki was laying in bed, buried underneath a huge mass of blankets, his foot sticking out. Luka often teased him about how many blankets he slept with, and somehow managed to still be cold despite them all. Luki grumbled something to himself, not wanting to get out of bed. He had been loungeing around all day, enjoying the fact that his sisters were out and on tour. Usually, they woke him up and made him do housework. Luki felt himself about to doze off when he suddenly heard his phone begin to beep. He grumbled, not wanting to answer it. Hmm. What if it was someone important? Luki thought to himself, then grabbed his phone. He flipped it open, then held it to his ear. "Hello?" "Onii-san!" A loud, child-like voice wailed into the phone. Luki nearly dropped the phone, quite startled by the sudden screams in his ear. "Onii-san!! ONII-SAN!! Luka's being mean to me." Of course, it was his younger sister Lulu. "Oh really? How so?" Luki asked, not really caring. He just wanted to crawl back into bed and never come out. "She's busy talking to some guy, she won't take me for icecream." Lulu whined, her voice high with whine-like tone. It was obvious the young girl had been crying. Suddenly, Luki could hear another voice start up in the background, and then grow louder. He sighed, knowing it was his other sister. "Luki-san, you better have done the dishes. I swear to god if I come home and there's mountains of dishes, I'll hit you." Luka snapped into the phone, obvious that she stole it back from Lulu. "And if your still in bed, I'll hit you harder." "Of course I'm not in bed, stupid." Luki growled, pulling his greasy hair from his forehead. "I'm outside enjoying the sunshine." "It's raining there, stupid. Get out of bed and do something productive. Go meet yourself a girl or something." Luka shot back, and Luki sighed. So much she didn't know. "Fine, fine. Stop yelling at me or I'll shower in your bathroom." Luki grumbled. There was a long pause, then an angry huff before he finally heard the dial tone. Luki sighed, closing the phone. He placed it back on the beside table, then went to lay back down when it began to beep again. Luki let out a loud growl of frustration before he reached over, flipped it open and held it to his ear. "Luka, I swear to god I'm aw-..." He started, then faded off. The background noise was diffrent this time. Luki looked at the number, then gasped. Realizing it wasn't his sister. "A-Ah! Mikuo-kun! Hello! Sorry, I thought you were my sister." He muttered, his cheeks hot with embarrasment.

Mikuo looked somewhat embarrassed, as he simply spoke into the phone, laughing lightly, with a nervous tone.
"S-Sorry, Luki-san.. if you're busy, I don't mind calling back at a different time.." He started, then stopped. Miku had just ranted at him for being so passive about everything.
"W-Well, uh, y'see, Miku's out of the house for a bit, and I-I was a little bored, so, uh, if you wanted to come over- I-I mean, I wanted to ask if you'd want to come.. over. Here. F-For a little bit." Mikuo mentally bashed his face in; what kind of idiot was he?! Did the other boy even get what he was trying to say?!
He paused, taking a breath, "But, um, if you're busy at the moment with Luka-san, that's fine." Idiocy aside, the teal-haired boy stopped talking, awaiting a reply.

Luki listened to Mikuo stumble over his words, and he smiled lightly to himself. He's so cute. When Mikuo finished, he thought about it for a moment. "I'm not busy with Luka. She's away with our little sister right now. She was just telling me about how I should get out of the house. How ironic." Luki laughed, then rubbed the back of his neck. He could tell Mikuo was nervous, and because of that tone, he automatically knew what the younger teen had called for. "Oh? Bored, are we? I don't see why I can't come over." His tone was suggestive, almost teasing. This wasn't the first time Mikuo had called him up like this before, however. Last time they were bothered by Miku, so didn't really get anywhere. He would help his younger friend in a heartbeat. "Give me a while. I just rolled out of bed, I gotta shower and stuff." He muttered, his soft voice still groggy and filled with sleep. "When do you want me over? Is Miku-chan away all day or something?" He asked, sitting up now.

If Luki had been there to see him, he'd have seen the young, teal-haired teen's face light up with sheer embarrassment. He clutched at the phone, his grip slightly tighter now, his head nodding slowly.
"S-She's gone for the week, she said.." He murmured out, moving to pull his knees up to his chest, lying his chin on top, "W-Whenever is fine. I dunno, I'm just kinda.. er.." Mikuo paused, ".. Lonely." The teen wondered if that was the right wording for it. Even so, a small smile crossed his face.
"Okay. See you soon."

Luki smirked at this, then nodded. He felt stupid for nodding over the phone, but he quickly flipped it closed and crawled from bed. It would take a while for him to get dressed and get ready, but he would try to finish as fast as possible. About an hour later, Luki finally finished getting ready. He showered, completly scrubbing himself down before he decided to shave as well. He didn't really know what to wear, so he pulled on a simple pair of black jeans and an old band t-shirt. He didn't know what else he would need, so he shoved his wallet into his pocket before he walked out the door of his small home. It was raining, so Luki brought an umbrella. He pushed it open, then walked down the street. He decided that he would stop at the super market to grab some ingredients for supper. Luki knew that Mikuo wasn't that great of a cook, so it was the least he could do. Once he got to the store, he collected the ingredients for miso soup. He remembered to grab leeks, of course, seeming as that was the bluenette's favorite food. He grabbed some bread and tuna before he paid and threw the bag over his shoulder. He walked down the street, getting on the nearest bus and riding it to Mikuo's place. He was dropped off a few blocks away from the Hatsunes apartment. He took his time, finally arriving at the building. He pushed the button for Mikuo's room, then waited contently.

After the phone was hung up, Mikuo took to cleaning up, mostly around his bedroom - making the bed, tidying the room, after all, Miku was a slob, and left her stuff EVERYWHERE - before walking in to the kitchen when he saw stream and water pouring from the pot he'd placed on the oven, to make tea. Wait.
Pot? Wasn't he supposed to use a kettle?
In his rush to stop the overflowing water, he'd slipped on the liquid that had flowed to the ground, subsequently grabbing the counter and thus the teabags on it, watching with a distraught expression as they flew onto the kitchen floor, soaking into the water.
The teen's head slammed into the ground, and he let out a sharp cry of pain, quickly moving to a fetal position to nurse his wounds, a straight line of "OW!" passing through his lips.
It was at this time he actually heard the buzz. Slowly, painfully, he pushed himself from the tile, dragging himself to the door, where the button was located, and pressed it with a shaking finger, before collapsing in the front hall, not bothering to even look at the disaster that was now the kitchen.
Instead, he simply laid there. The door was open, Luki would be able to get in, and see him there. He just had to wait.

Luki heard the buzzer go off again, and he pulled open the door. He flipped through his phone, finding the room number. He went onto the correct floor, then found the room located at the end of the hall. Luki knocked twice before he opened the door. He heard a thunk, and suddenly the door wouldn't go any further. He peeked in, seeing that the obstacle was Mikuo himself, laying on the floor. Luki blinked, then stepped in. He set down the shopping bags, then knelt beside him. "Hello," Luki murmured, looking down at the young teen. He gasped then, realizing that he was actually hurt. He quickly lifted the teen up into his arms before he brought him into the livingroom. He noticed the huge mess in the kitchen, and he frowned. He set Mikuo down on the couch before he carefully walked to turn the stove off. He let out an annoyed sigh, grabbing a towel from under the sink before he began to wipe up the mess. He figured if Mikuo had been well enough to crawl to the door, he'd be fine for a few minutes. Once Luki cleaned up the kitchen, he walked back to the door, grabbed the shopping bags then locked the front door. He set them in the kitchen, then walked back over to Mikuo, kneeling beside the couch. He stared at the younger boy. "Don't try to cook anymore, okay?" He sighed, running his hand through Mikuo's turquoise hair. He felt a bump on the back of his head, and he let out a grunt of annoyance. "Geez, you." He mumbled, standing up before he walked to grab some ice from the freezer. He put it in a plastic bag then wrapped it in a tea towel. He gave it to Mikuo then, and sat on the floor in front of the couch. He noticed Mikuo's arms were red as well, and he groaned. "And you burnt yourself too?!" He exclaimed, wondering how someone could be THAT clumsy. Was it intentional?!

By the time Mikuo was actually coherent enough to realize what was going on, he was already on the couch, seeing the icepack that was offered to him. Very slowly, he sat up, taking the ice into his hand, and placing it on the back of his head with a slight wince. His arms did hurt - now that he looked at them, they were red. Well, that was a stupid idea.
".. I wanted to make tea." He said simply, looking down, embarrassment clearly on his face, as told by the huge blush upon it, ".. I, uh, guess it didn't work out so well." The grip on the icepack tightened, as he looked up, meeting eyes with the pink-haired male, a sheepish smile on his face.
".. Oops."

Luki stared at him. "You did all this to yourself from an attempt to make tea?" He shook his head slowly, running his hand through his own pink hair. "I don't even like tea." He muttered, looking away slyly. After a while, he met Mikuo's gaze again. "So, what do you wanna do? I could make supper if you'd like, seeming as it's already five. Oh! I also brought a new video game I got the other day, because teenagers like that stuff right?" He tilted his head to the side. Seeming as Luki was quite a bit older then Mikuo, he wasn't sure what the other male wanted to do. He pursed his lips in thought for a moment. He then realized, that wasn't why Mikuo had called him over at all. His cheeks turned crimson for a moment, then he turned his gaze to Mikuo. "Uh... well?" He frowned.

Mikuo blinked, then looked down. ".. I won't make tea, then, next time." He said, pouting slightly, turning his head away. Well, that was embarrassing. Then again, come to think of it, what did Luki even like? He knew the man liked tuna.. at least, he was pretty sure.
He just paused, listening to the pink haired-man ramble on for a moment, and only after a lengthy pause, after he registered what exactly he was getting at, he looked up, eyes averted, lips pursed as he mumbled.
"W-Whatever you wanna do.." He said, turning his head, gazing down, "I-I mean, it's been a while s-since the other.. other time." And that was his cue to turn even more red, of course, his cheeks heating up once more.

Luki watched him, and couldn't help but smile softly as the younger boy's face turned crimson. "Hmm." He cooed, running his hand through Mikuo's turquoise hair. He laid his other hand on Mikuo's cheek, his fingers brushing along his jawline. Mikuo's features were so delicate, even for a boy. His skin was so soft. Even softer then Luka's, which was saying something. He brushed Mikuo's fringe from his eyes, then looked at him with a sheepish smile. "You're right. Have you... done anything else since that time? With anyone else?" Luki asked softly, hoping the young boy with disagree. He was Luki's. He didn't want some stranger running their filthy hands all over Mikuo's delicate build. Even though they weren't exactly... dating, Luki still felt very protective of him.

Mikuo's expression softened slightly, pushing his cheek lightly against where the older man's hand went, before it turned to surprise, and utter denial.
"O-Of course not!" He said, a little louder than he'd intended, and silenced himself before continuing in a softer voice, "I'm not some kind of person who lets just anyone do that.." He trailed off, before mumbling out, "If it was anyone but you, I'd beat them up."
His own hand, nails tipped in turquoise - Miku had taken to painting them the same color as her own - moved up, covering his mouth, and subsequently, some of the red that tinted his normally, pale cheeks.

Luki smiled gently at him, his own cheeks dusted with a soft shade of pink. He took Mikuo's hand, removing it from his face. He laced their fingers together as Luki leaned in lightly. He slowly stood up, catching the younger boy's lips in a tender kiss as he did so. He closed his eyes blissfully, their lips very faintly pressed together. "Don't hide your face like that." Luki whispered against him, "I want to see all of you." His breath was hot as he trailed his lips down to Mikuo's jaw, just letting them lay there, slowly and gently nipping at his soft skin. By this point, he was leaning over Mikuo, one leg on the couch, and the other on the floor. He didn't want to move too suddenly, for he didn't know how he would react to Luki's intentions. "I don't think you'd be able to beat anyone up, Mikuo." He whispered honestly, smiling faintly as he buried his face into the crook of his neck, then began to kiss softly trails up towards his jaw again. "I'd do that for you."

Mikuo's eyes were quick to close, as he pressed back softly, almost hesitantly against the older man's lips. He felt somewhat nervous, as he usually did when this kind of situation came around, but didn't act upon that feeling. At least, he tried not to. His hand went up to the other's shoulder, grasping it lightly, as his head craned upward, allowing more area of his throat to be exposed.
A soft sigh passed his lips, before his mouth opened to retort, a slightly irked look on his face.
"What? I'm not that.. small, I could.. take someone on.." His expression softened slightly, as he shifted his weight, trying to become more comfortable.
