[Lol the title has nothing to do with this. IDK what to put.]
Finally, a day when he wouldn't have to 'work' so late. It was nearing dark hours, but a bit of sun light was still letting the sky stay blue. He was used to working until night hours, singing and trying his best to please the picky producers that needed him. They seemed to be too busy today, and sent him home early.
Although he was a bit late at coming home, because he decided to stop by the store and pick up some more groceries. Which mainly consisted of oranges and bananas. He rode on his bicycle, since his home was quite far away. The bag swayed as it hung on his handlebars.
Just as he neared his home, his bicycle hit something and caused him to crash. "Aah, ouch," He mumbled, rubbing his cheek. No damage done, well not to him. Some of the fruit he had probably bruised. No matter, they were probably going to be eaten quickly.
Len grabbed the bag, and put his bike away, then headed into the building. He climbed the stairs to the second floor, and unlocked the door to their place.
"Rin!" He called, closing the door behind him, "Are you home~?" He went into the kitchen and set down the bag, unpacking the fruit and other things that was in there. Their fridge seemed to be hardly full, as usual. He heard a noise, wondering if it was his sister.
If it wasn't, oh snappp. He grabbed a knife out of the drawer, and set it on the table. Just in case. As he waited, he took off his shoes and set them by the door, then loosened his tie a little. It sure was good to be home.

Rin peeked around the yellow wall at her twin. He seemed unsuspecting. She grinned an evil grin and rubbed her hands. She took two steps back, adjusted her crisp white bow, and ran. "ONNEEEE-CHAN!" she squealed jumping and tackle-hugging the unsuspecting male twin to the ground, hugging him. "I missed you! How was work? They let you go early? That was nice!" Rin babbled on, still hugging her twin. She leaned back a bit and smiled. They never talked much these days. A small pout clouded Rin's sunny features, and she flicked her hair, an indication she was thinking something she didn't like to touch upon. "So...how was your day?" Rin asked, standing up and helping her twin up. She suddenly felt she had been brash, and she had now resumed a shy air. She opened the fridge and saw one shelf lined with oranges and bananas. She took one out and turned to face her spiky haired twin. She calmly surveyed his features, remembering when they were younger and identical. He was now taller, his face set different to her own round, young face. He looked older than her now. Rin sighed. Did he miss when they were the same? She tried not to think on that as she waited for her twins answer, as she un-peeled the orange in her hands, enjoying the zesty scent it gave off as she broke the skin.

Len, being the completely distracted child he was, did not expect Rin to come flying at him. As his sister impacted with him he let out a yelp, then after realizing it was her, he chuckled, "Well it's nice to see you too!" He wrapped his arms around her, hugging her a bit tight out of revenge for that tackle.
"Yup, I got to go home early! They were being so boring today anyways," Len said, grabbing a yellow fruit for himself. He liked the noise it made when you peeled them. It was so funny sounding~
He looked up at Rin, who seemed to be looking at him also. The boy never was shy around her. They were twins after all. Sometimes it seemed like she was his clone, or something wacky like that. As if they were just one person. She was a little shorter than him, but at one point in time they used to be exactly the same. He didn't mind looking like her. Although, after being confused with her so many times, he finally decided to put his hair up, so some people could tell them apart.
"So how have you been?" Len asked, still a bit happy that he actually had some time to be with his sister. He wanted to know everything she'd been up to lately, since he was always so tired to even pay attention to what she said on normal days.

"That's great news! Shame you had a boring day...mine was a fantastic day!" Rin beamed at the chance to reconnect with her twin. This was a perfect day indeed! An amazing singing day, a new game, fresh oranges, and her twin.
"Well...I recorded a new duet with Yowane Haku today! It was so much fun! She's really a very nice person...and trying to fix her image. And, I even got to see Miku...that was really fun, we went to get ice cream...it was awesome! Oh, and, I stopped by Gamestop on the way home and picked up a couple new games for us...maybe we could try 'em out tonight" Rin suggested, pausing to take a breath finally. She knew when she was excited, she started to babble really fast and it was hard to understand her. She nervously played with her bow, wondering if Len was understanding her, and ate a couple more slices of orange. "Oh, thanks for the oranges...they're really good!" Rin said. She realized that might sound awkward, but, that as how her mind worked, it skipped around. She smiled at her twin, wondering if Crypton would let them sing again soon. She pushed the thought away and focused on now.

Len sat down and smiled, "That sounds like a lot of fun! You saw both Haku, and Miku? That's nice~" He knew that Haku wasn't a very good singer, but it was nice to know that his sister was trying to help her out. He figured Rin would have seen Miku, since the two girls were very close friends of the sort. As for the games, he couldn't wait to try them out. He was already getting bored with the ones he had.
"Oh of course, you're welcome!" Len said, "I knew you'd want some, so I thought I'd stop by one the way home and pick a few up. I'm sorry if a couple of them are bruised, I crashed and well..." He laughed uneasily, "I need to learn how to steer better. I was just so excited to come home and see you!"
He dropped the banana peel into the garbage, after finishing it off quickly, then sat back down, "Mhm~"

Rin nodded her head vigorously, her bow flapping down in front of her face. She pushed it back on top of her head. Since she had been recording, she had decided to wear her 'basic' uniform as she referred to it. From her signature white bow, pristine on her head, to her black leg warmers that flared over her white shoes with the yellow heels. She looked the same as everyone knew her. She looked up, alarm scrawled across her face, blue eyes worried when Len said he'd crashed.
"Are you okay?!" She asked, worry laced through her voice, eying him as he disposed of his banana skin. He looked fine, but bike crashes were serious! Weren't they? Rin herself rarely rode her bike. She walked every where. That was one of the invincible Rin's fears: bikes. Not that she would admit that, of course. She followed Len and disposed of the orange skin, plopping the last juicy piece into her mouth. She looked at Len, hoping he was okay.

Len noticed Rin had her normal uniform on. He too, had his own. The usual. He was just glad they didn't make him wear the bows. Too girly. It looked cuter with Rin anyways~
"Uh, no, I'm fine," Len said, standing up to check himself. His arms seemed fine, barely scathed by the sidewalk he fell upon. Then he checked his knees. Aaaaahhhh gosh. He had a scrape. It wasn't anything too serious. Just a little graze. "Huh, I should probably clean this up," He said with a small chuckle. Gosh, how did he not even notice it?
Len rolled the bottom of his shorts up, then walked over to the bathroom. He'd better clean it up, while it was still on his mind. If not, he would probably forget about it and leave it alone. He had to learn to stop being so forgetful.

Rin gave a little sigh of relief. If the worse was just a graze, he could hardly be hurt. Maybe bikes weren't so bad. She straightened out, trying not to show how worried she'd been. She did over react just a little bit. She followed him into the bathroom.
"Here...let me help you!" Rin felt, as his sister, she should help. She grabbed a couple supplies, namely bandaids (yellow of course!) and some ointment and alcohol wipes. She set them on the sink counter.
She sat on the edge of the toilet (lid down) as he cleaned up. She then thought, with anyone else, this might have been awkward. Standing in the same bathroom with a member of a different gender ALWAYS led to problems in movies. But, this was Len, her twin. And, contrary to fan belief, they did not love each other that way. The bond they had was deeper.
She shook her head to clear her mind, her vision altered by her blond hair swaying across her face, and her bow bobbing on her head. She turned her attention to Len.

Len sat on the edge of the bath-tub, across from Rin, while examining his battle wound. He kind of wished he hadn't of fallen in the first place. He was so clumsy at times, it was unbearable. He eyed the alcohol wipes, moving away a little, "oh gosshh. That's gonna sting, right? I hate those things..." He could remember a time or two when someone snuck one of those on his injuries. Not a pretty, or fun, sight to see.
"Ah no, no, I can handle this," Len said, touching one of them to his wound, after spending a few minutes cleaning it off. He realized he should've just taken a shower. Would've been a lot easier. Maybe later tonight.
In other words, it hurt, but it was done and over with. "Hey, could you hand me a band-aid?" He asked, appreciating Rin's help. He was glad Rin wasn't the type of person to get grossed out easily. All the more reason for him to love her.
The boy leaned back, yawning a little. They could be doing something else, rather than tending to his silly mistakes. "Oh and on the way home, I almost ran into a squirrel. The pesky thing ran out in front of me," He said, randomly talking about this venture with the fleeing and interrupting squirrel. "Sometimes the wildlife that wanders around cities and crowded places like this depresses me. We kind of took their homes. I wouldn't to be suddenly homeless because of someone else's fault." He made a face.
[Sorry I'm a little stale right now. orz ]

((no problem...i had the same thing above! that was the random talking! XD))
Rin bounced up from the toilet seat, a smile on her face.
"No problem!" Rin said, handing him the above mentioned item, taking a moment to also observe the cut on his knee. It, luckily, didn't look to bad, a small cut on his knee, and now all cleaned up and ready for the little band-aid she held out to him.
She smiled wryly. He was handling this well...he hated alcohol wipes, but he used the wipe with out prompting, without a fuss, and without a noise. She sat back down on the toilet, and listened to his squirrel adventures. She could see his point. It did seem a little upsetting.
"I know what you mean...I mean, I want to help the homeless animals we see...the ones we did put on the streets because we moved in..." A thought ran through her head.
"Hey...Len? Do you think we could adopt a pet?" Rin asked, tilting her head, her blond hair and white bow flopping over to the same side as her head, her blue eyes questioning.

Len took the band aid, "Thank you!" He placed it on his knee, stretched his leg out, then felt that everything was good and ready to go. He unrolled the bottom of his shorts, letting them fall over his knees once more.
He nodded, "But you can't help them all. It's horrible. I try not to think about it too much. " He laughed a little, trying to lighten the mood.
"Eh? You want to adopt a pet?" Len thought about it for a moment. Well, it wouldn't be such a bad idea. Rin was home more than him, so she could probably take care of it. He shrugged, "Depends on what kind? I wouldn't mind getting one." He just hoped it would be an easy to obtain, cute animal. Not anything like a snake, or something. Hopefully those things weren't up for adoption anyways.

Rin nodded her, trying to do just that, not think of them. She stood up as well, and walked around a little.
"I thought you wouldn't...I was thinking of a tarantula!" Rin grinned evilly and watched Len's face contort in a grimace of horror. She knew he wasn't fond of snakes and spiders. She started to giggle. "Your face was pretty priceless!" she said, laughing at him. She struggled to calm down, but managed it eventually. "I'm sorry...I was hoping for a cat or a small puppy...but it would have to be a rescue animal! That way we could help something out." Rin did realize those took more work. But, It'd be worth it. She grabbed Len's hand and pulled him to the living room, where she fell on the couch. "well?" she asked, looking up at him, wonder in her face.

Len cringed as Rin suggested that they get a tarantula. No. JUST NO. Spiders were so... g-gross! And dangerous. What if it escaped and bit him in his sleep, or he woke up and was covered in baby spiders. AUGHHH.
Then she laughed at his facial expressions. Ah, okay, so it was a joke! He should've known! He playfully shook her shoulder a little, "You're sense of humor is so random at times~" He smiled, letting her drag him into the living room. Good, he was tired of being in the stuffy bathroom anyhow.
Len sat next to her, and leaned back, using his arms as a pillow. "Hm..! A cat or a puppy would be perfectly fine~" He said happily, "and of course it can be a rescue animal. I think it'd be easier to get one of those, and it's bad enough they have to live in cages the rest of their lives." He scowled for a moment, then raised his head, "whatever you want, is fine with me."
Rin could probably tell him to jump off a cliff into a pool of sharks, even though she would never do that, he would instantly oblige. Then again... he really wouldn't want to be jumping off cliffs any time soon.

Rin just smiled at Len. Of course her sense of humor was random! She listened to his answer with rapt attention. She was so excited when he said yes she flung herself (for the second time that day) at him and hugged.
"Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou!" Rin beamed, nuzzling her cheek against her twins in her joy. She was so happy! Now, when Len was late, she could have a friend to play with! And they would be saving an animal! The two made thoughts made her so happy.
"Can we look this weekend?" Rin asked.
She looked at her brother, the face she knew so well, and smiled to herself. She was so lucky! She knew Len would do nearly anything for her, and she tended to take that for granted...she didn't act like she appreciated him enough. Which wasn't true! A thought flitted across her mind and she voiced.
"What about you onii-chan? Is there anything you'd like?" Rin hoped she could do something to help him out.

Len was yet again tackle-hugged by his twin. He gave her a cheeky grin, and hugged her back as well. "And a million times you're welcome~" He said, sitting back a little, while still having his arms around her. When he was younger, he'd always get so silly, and get scared of Rin at times, because he thought she was her 'clone.' That was until someone told him what a twin was, and that she was supposed to look like him. Now that he was older, he had no problem with it at all.
"Sure, any weekend day is good with me!" Len said, turning on the lamp next to them so there'd be more light, "you know which shelter to go to right? If so, then of course." He made a mental note to make sure Rin wouldn't go near the stores that actually did sell snakes and spiders.
"Hm?" Len asked, "Uh. Not really at the moment! Why do you ask?" Perhaps Rin figured he too wanted something in particular? Nah, as long as he had her, his bananas, and a computer, life was good enough.
